Brainwashed! Christianity 059

I was awaken with lots of ammo this morning to fight the day’s battle. As I slept the Spirit of God was bringing forth incredible revelation and wisdom. I awaken to the words for this blog. My friend Karen Harden has a must read blog post today. In processing all that God has placed on my heart today, one of the defining terms I received was, "stealth attack". Karen and I had no collaborations on what we have written, but the messages are quiet clear. In all of our preparing for battle, charging to turn this country around, ridding our government of corrupt politicians, we must be aware that the enemy sits and watches to see whom it is he may devour.

I was having a couple of bumpy days, and I know there will be more, but God will always use our adversities to mold and shape us. One of the things I have realized from the events of the past two days is that the liberal left has been very effective in launching a stealth plan to brainwash the citizens of America. They have been successful in moving God out of America by changing the attitudes of American concerning things that relate to Christians. Many people have been brainwashed and don't even realize it. That is a scary thing.

When someone can deceptively take over ones mind without them having any fight against the individual, that individual holds a very frightening and dangerous ability. One of the areas where the left has been the most effective is in silencing the voice of Christians. It is like they have individually hog-tied the mouth of Christians without even touching them. That is amazing. I have been amazed at how Christians think about themselves as a result of the raping of their identity by the left. It is as if this hypnotic trance happens once the Christian engages outside of their boundaries. Psalms 24: 8 says, "Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle." Now for the most part during Sunday sermon, or within the confinement of the home, most Christians can shout that boldly. However, place those same Christians in the room with a room full of fierce opponents of the faith, and they would most probably stand shivering.

What happened to "Who is the King of Glory?” The majority of Christians have been conditioned to fear those with no authority over them. Jesus said this in Matthew 28:18-20, "And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

Who has all authority? Jesus does. Yet Christians will crumble before any opposition of their faith. It is as if they need a remedial course in Christianity to teach them to stand on the faith they profess. It was said that this site is too Christian, it could be offensive and seem exclusive to those who do not believe. Wait! Excuse me; there is nothing offensive on this site. What is offensive? Are their signs anywhere condemning and judging the faith of others, No? Does it say that only Christians are welcome here? No. Do we have a giant "no trespassing" signs saying no unbelievers allowed? No. The Left has now become accustomed to seeing Christians bow down by using their magic words: "You are offending me". Seeing a half naked girl on the front page of a magazine at the grocery check where my 8 year old daughter can view it is offensive to me, but do you think those who support the immoral ideologies of the left care? No! I can be offended until pigs fly but no one will remove those magazines because a Christian who holds to a different set of values is offended.

Christians have existed as if God has no power and the devil has authority over all things during the last 50 years and it shows. I use to watch horror movies back in the day and I was reminded of what would happen when a vampire would see the reflection of a cross. This was so painful that the vampire would squirm at its sight. It is the power of God that has such an impact on darkness. Acts 19:15-17, gives an account on a rather comical scene that shows the effect and the authority of the Power of God,

"And the evil spirit answered and said, “Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are you?”16 Then the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, overpowered[a] them, and prevailed against them,[b] so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded. 17 This became known both to all Jews and Greeks dwelling in Ephesus; and fear fell on them all, and the name of the Lord Jesus was magnified.

Now the Left no longer has to have their minions silence Christians, they have brainwashed Christians into silencing themselves. It may have the makings of a Hollywood comedy but it’s true. The enemy has stealthily moved Christians into being a contributor to his work. Every time we remove the message of Christ from the presence of an unbeliever, because they deem it offensive, we give them a free pass into farther darkness. It is up to the power of God's word to illuminate ones heart; we should not be working as Christians to stifle that. When we allow the message of Christ to illuminate and expose the issues of darkness the more likely it will be that He will work through them. Every time a Christian runs and hides the power of God because it is offensive to the unbeliever, the more they work in concert with the devil to keep that persons heart in bondage. Removing the message of the Gospel, removes the power of conviction, which is needed to bring the rebellious heart into submission. Our response should be to allow God to deal with the issues that keep the unbelievers heart in bondage. Deal with it.

Doubt is more what exist within the heart of most Christians. If we believe that Christ truly is the King of Glory and has authority of everything that is in heaven and earth, and then darkness would not be able to banish us into silence, instead the power of God would transform the rebellious heart into submission. Think about it.

  2. Thanks Mary,

If we are really going to make change, Christians need to get their act together. How can we have God as the center of our country when the people of the country don't have Him as their center. That is what we must work on first and that is what we inspire at the 9/12 Moms Network. Come check us out it's good stuff. If you are not there you've missed something.

  3. Let's see ,Pat Robertson said that he has the gift of prophecy but he couldn't predict McCain/Palin losing the election. He claims along with Jack van Impe that the President is the anti-Christ . Alan Keyes Presidential running mate prays for the President to die.You don't sound like Christians to me, you sound like al-Qaeda.People cheered when America didn't get the Olympics. Glenn Beck prays for Osama bin Laden to hit America again.Rev. Rod Parsley calls Islam the devil religion

Repeat this to yourselves over and over again . You hate him because he's black, you hate him because he's black. Now some of you are black, that means you hate yourselves.People have lived eights years of Fascism and they want more of the racist , fascist corrupt, evil government that cause this mess.

  4. A long time ago peole used the Bible to justify slavery. they said it was a sin if a slave escape. The Bible says that thou shall not kill but we justify it when it's al Qaeda. The bible don't say thou shall not kill unless they're Iraqis.

You say that Black people only support the President because he's black. J.Kenneth Blackwell black and ran for Governor of Ohio and many black people voted for the white guy. Blackwell is so hated because he threw out 100,000 votes and helped George Bush get elected. It wasn't illegal because he's was the Secretary of State.Think of all the soldiers that would be alive today if it wasn't for that black man that hates other blacks.

  6. Mary,

You fired my mind up again this morning. Odd that you write on this when this subject has been hovering in my mind for quite some time since I started blogging (probably about a month now). I have been sharing your blog link to my Facebook page in hopes that others will be inspired to action. I have several far left liberal friends, sworn atheist, agnostic, and others...who are former high school peers and acquaintances in my home state on the "left" coast. I constantly post things in hopes that some will actually "think" beyond the brainwashing going on out there. Mostly, they engage in emotional attacks when confronted with facts and logic, then they delete me because of their own anger when I refuse to engage in personal attacks, but deal strictly with logic and facts.......it will not alter my course or purpose. I am focused!

I am just so thankful for the TRUTH! Below is what I accompanied the link with...it is time to stop the erosion of principle...

    I will not be silent

"Why can't 'we' have as much voice as those who wish to silence "us" and make us go away? I say 'us' because although I don't have RELIGION, I have Jesus given FREEDOM from it. Yet I get so many rolling eyes, ... attacks and sneers because of OTHERS' prejudices and preconceived views.

I am extremely broken, faulty, and prone to mistakes...but thank God for my transparency, what you see with me is what you get, I will tell it like I see it, and I will never blow sun rays up your backside! I will not expect more from others than I expect from myself, in fact I believe I am extremely critical of myself (but that is changing) I will never pretend to NOT have flaws, yet those flaws and fears of rejection will not prevent me from standing up for what is right and what is just!

No man on this earth should prescribe the course my feet will tread or my mind will venture...freedom is mine by gift and acceptance. It can be yours too, you just have to go past prejudice!"

It is time for the undoing of the 'principle-moral-truth-lulling'going on in America

Thanks for your words...I pass them on!

    Blessings!

  7. "Think of all the soldiers that would be alive today if it wasnt for that black man that hates other blacks"???? Are you serious??

Think of all the soldiers that would be alive today if it wasnt for black hearted men who flew 2 airplanes into our buildings.

It has nothing to do with skin color- but rather heart and soul color.

It wouldn't have happened if Ronald Reagan the bigot and racist didn't finance them. I wonder if in bin Laden's cave if he has a photo of Ronnie and it said "our founder".Then Dubya threw the report away that said we were being attacked. Then he invaded the wrong country.

  9. I could not help but think of yesterday's gospel from Mass in reading your recent postings - from the gospel of Luke:

Here is yesterday's gospel -- it is one of my many favorites:

"Jesus said to His disciples: 'I have come to set the earth on fire, and how I wish it were already blazing! There is a baptism with which I must be baptized, and how great is my anguish until it is accomplished! Do you think that I have come to establish peace on the earth? No, I tell you, but rather division. From now on a household of five will be divided, three against two and two against three; a father will be divided against his son and a son against his father, a mother against her daughter and a daughter against her mother, a mother-in-law against her daughter-in-law and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law.'"

Recently, I have been re-reading Acts of the Apostles, marvelling at the amazing zeal they had after the descent of the Holy Spirit. We must continue to pray to the Holy Spirit to fill us with that same boldness, zeal and lack of fear to bring Christ to the world, with our tiny little flames uniting to set the world on fire.

May God continue to bless your inspired work.

  10. Thank you all for your comments, how can we really have change without us looking to start with the individual first. The problem with our country as I have said over and over again, is that the heart of the citizens of this country has become immoral and corrupt. They are not just behaving this way because they don't have anything else better to do. The hearts of American's need to change. If a mother sees her baby needs changing and only changes the diaper without wiping out the poop.

What good does that do, the diaper will only be stained with the residue that was not cleaned out. I am wondering strongly if America is really ready for change?

  12. We can become so complacent and forgetful when our needs and wants are met. But after we spend a little time wandering in the desert or under heavy handed oppression, our hearts will turn homeward again. Pity that history continually repeats itself, and we refuse to learn from the past. Part of the "brainwashing" is to teach "social studies" instead of actual history in the schools for more than a generation. So we are well versed in cultural anthropology and political correctness (with a dose of revisionist history) and haven't a clue that we are setting ourselves up for the coup d'etat.

  15. “You gotta take a stand, even though you know, in the end, you’ll pull out a knife and they’re gonna pull out a gun… You have to ask yourself, if you stand up, what are you willing to do? Sure, you might get whacked. But let me tell you something. You spend too much time in bed with the mob, you spend too much time at that table, you’re gonna get whacked eventually anyway.”

Beck seemed to be suggesting that viewers start an armed insurrection against a mob-like White House that was a threat to their lives. But Beck’s monologue was rambling and disjointed and, at times, incoherent. He was also occasionally unintelligible. And periodically, his speech was slurred.

  18. Mary, thank you for this post of enlightenment and courage. It is good to listen to your words, as they come from inspiration and devotion. I particularly took note of the comment "Christians have existed as if God has no power and the devil has authority over all things during the last 50 years and it shows." These words rang true to me as I realized that not too many of my conversations with others have been laced with biblical thought over these past few years. But lately, I have found myself quoting quite a bit from Revelations. Scary, huh?

I only hope that I serve as an example, especially to my children, of charity, faith, and hardwork. I will try more to intervene on the Lord's behalf.

I appreciate your blog. I have been reading it since you appeared on Glenn Beck's television show. This is my first time posting a comment. God bless you.

  28. Dear Mary, My sister in the Lord,

I do thank the Lord for you and the stand that you are willing to take for the Lord. You are standing on the word of the Lord. Joshua 24:15 as for me and my house I will serve the Lord.
Also I deeply admire you for taking a stand. I can hear your voice,” Psa 56:11--- In God have I put my trust: I will not be afraid what man can do unto me. Also Isa 12:2 --Behold, God [is] my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH [is] my strength and [my] song; he also is become my salvation.

    Mary you said”
“Many people have been brainwashed and don't even realize it. That is a scary thing.”
That is because they are doing that which is right in their own eyes, Look at Jdg 21:25-- In those days [there was] no king in Israel: every man did [that which was] right in his own eyes.

Pro 30:12 ---[There is] a generation [that are] pure in their own eyes, and [yet] is not washed from their filthiness.
And Isa 5:21 --Woe unto [them that are] wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!
Pro 12:15 --The way of a fool [is] right in his own eyes: but he that hearkeneth unto counsel [is] wise.

You also said, “When someone can deceptively take over ones mind without them having any fight against the individual, that individual holds a very frightening and dangerous ability.” Tell the world to look at Hitler. Tell the world to look at Pharaoh and the FIRST slaves, the Hebrews in Egypt. Look at the control this man had. Only Because GOD gave it to him. The Devil only has as much control GOD gives him. Look at Job.

Look at this , The Bible teaches beyond a shadow of a doubt that God is the one who puts every person in position who is in a position of reigning authority.
In short, God appoints. Satan is the one who corrupts. And Satan controls. Let’s look at
the scripture that teaches this. Here is Daniel 2:20, “Let the name of God be blessed
forever and ever for wisdom and power belong to Him. And it is He who changes the
times and seasons; He removes kings and he established kings. He is the one who puts
people into positions of authority. He is the one who removes them from positions of
authority. Or consider this one, Romans13:1, “let every person be in subjection to the
governing authorities for there is no authority except from God, and those which exist
    are established by God.

You also said, “Who has all authority? Jesus does. Yet Christians will crumble before any opposition of their faith.” Christians WILL not take a stand in the church, they will unite and speak against what they know is false doctrine being preached in their own church.

Look at this verse, Look at 1 John 5:19, written long after the Cross. What does it say? “The whole world lies in the power of the evil one.” Or, consider this, 1 Peter 5:8, “Satan prowls about like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.”
We are being devoured because we are sitting back and basically doing nothing. We, Christians have been silent for a long time.

We have to be strong in the Lord. Putting on the whole armor of GOD. We as Christians are listening to the wrong voice. What we say, believe, or do, does it line up with the Word Of God?? Whose voice are we listening to????

    God bless you sister--

  30. Excellent piece of work, Mary! It's even worse, however. There is a frontal assault on multiple fronts. There are the coordinated attacks on those who strive to follow the Savior and live His teachings together with the ridiculing of families and family life, the attempt to dislodge the perspective or individual, cultural and family history from children and to separate individuals through constant sensory bombardment. There is a tremendous pile of debris that has accumulated on the soul of our country that must be swept away for us to return to the foundational principles that were espoused, fought and sacrificed for by patriots and martyrs before us.

Thank you for your efforts, Mary, and your thoughts! And thanks to ALL of you valiant moms who lay your lives, fortunes and sacred honor on the line every day in raising the next generation of noble Americans!

  31. I believe Mary is a wonderful, talented spiritual sister in Christ. She is the reason I am on here. I spent a lot of time reading her posts and the comments. A blogger here harped about Christians being down on Obama, and other mumblings about prejudice garbage. So this is what I thought about that.
Regarding the supposed "WHITE MAN WITH A GUN AT AN OBAMA RALLY" "MSNBC's Contessa Brewer fretted over health care reform protesters legally carrying guns." A man at a pro-health care reform rally...wore a semi-automatic assault rifle on this shoulder and a pistol on his hip...there are questions about whether this has racial overtones...white people showing up with guns" Brewer failed to mention the man she describes was black" http://newsbusters.org/blogs/kyle-drennen/2009/08/18/msnbc-no-mention-black-gun-owner-among-racist-protesters Not only did Brewer, Ratigan, and Toure fail to point out the fact that the gun-toting protester that sparked the discussion was black, but the video footage shown of that protester was so edited, that it was impossible to see that he was black. The man appeared at a health care rally outside of President Obama's speech to the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Phoenix, Arizona."
"Kid" went on to state Christians call Obama the anti-Christ. I have not seen that, and from what I've read, he doesn't match the criteria of what the Anti-Christ is suppose to be.
There are other comments I have read where people believe there are other ways to heaven besides through Christ and other comments maligning Christians like Jack Van Impe. God gave us the Holy Bible as a guide for all the ages. It's necessary to read and study it in great detail, knowing the culture and history of the time, and take into consideration the difference between the period of Law and the period of Grace in order to understand the scriptures.
You cannot take a verse here and a verse there and take it out of contexts or you miss the whole message. Our fore fathers whose beliefs and purpose gave us our Constitution founded in the same knowledge we Christians have of what Gods purpose is for us as His children and us as a Christian nation. We as Christian Americans see what has happened to our nation when we apathetically sat by and let corruption and greed take our liberties away. See where our children are today? Is this the same nation we grew up in?
Are the children sound in the morality and values we had as children? Look at where we have come. Liberal views have not only seeped into the schools but proclaimed on the airways. We have been lead to think we are being judgmental if we suggest there aren't thousands of ways to get to heaven. We are hounded to except diversity and so many other religions we are told we are not a Christian nation. They are free to believe what they want but Christians are expected to sit down and shut up. Is that what our founding fathers believed or wanted for us?
There are only about 400 scriptures in the Bible that tell us that the ONLY way to heaven is through Christ. He is the WAY, the TRUTH and the LIFE; no one comes to the Father except through Him. Jack Van Impe has forgotten more about the Holy Bible than some people will ever know. Yet this attacker of Mary's claims a search on Google proves Christians are bad. I make this statement to "kid" and all those like him who try to put Christians and our kind of thinking down. In the end, if we Christians are wrong we are just going to be wrong, But if you who believe "other" ways can get you to heaven, then you are REALLY going to be wrong! Do not believe the first Google search you do, it might not give you the correct answer.
That blogger just gave me more will to print more truth, do more research and try to correct more errors. I'm tired of sitting by and seeing more of our Liberties legislated away. Conservative thought MUST lead the way or our children aren't going to have a country to fight for! Praise the Lord, God Bless we the Moms!

  32. Mary, let me get this right: this anti-liberal screed was in response to your taking offense at seeing a "half-naked girl" on the front page of some magazine at the grocery store where your 8 year old daughter can view it?

Why don't you ask the store manager (who I am guessing is not a liberal) to remove the offensive mags or place them somewhere else?

Also, while it is evident that you took offense at this, it is not clear that your 8 year old daughter took notice. Maybe she did or maybe she didn't, I don't know. But perhaps you should constructively explore what your daughter's ideas are about the human body, her own body, and how suggestive images are displayed in public. In other words, communicate with her. Listen. You might be surprised what you discover.

Don't go off half-cocked blaming liberals for your own inability to take initiave as a parent.

There was a white man with a gun at a rally in N.H. Then a right wing church where the congregation prays for the President death had a black volunteer notify the police that he was bringing his machine gun to where the President was.So since he's black it's not racist, think again.Have you ever heard of Toms. The first assassination attempt on M.L.K was done by a BLACK WOMAN!Malcolm X was killed by black men in a room full of federal agents.I don't know about you but when black men walk down the street with machine guns in broad daylight they usually get shot to death, not interview by the media. So now that showed that ANYBODY can legal walk down the street with their legally owned gun at ANY rally, Republican or Democrat.

  34. Here's some more stuff that you "Christians" support, it's in the Bible:

    __________________________________________________

There’s a new slogan making its way onto car bumpers and across the Internet. It reads simply: "Pray for Obama: Psalm 109:8"

    A nice sentiment?

    Maybe not.

The psalm reads, "Let his days be few; and let another take his office."

Presidential criticism through witty slogans is nothing new. Bumper stickers, t-shirts, and hats with "1/20/09" commemorated President Bush’s last day in office.

But the verse immediately following the psalm referenced is a bit more ominous: "Let his children be fatherless, and his wife a widow."
